Up School Experience with Healthy Roots

Upschool has partnered with Healthy Roots to deliver an exciting sports training course for 80 students from different classes. This initiative aims to provide students with a wonderful experience outside the classroom, where they can build self-confidence, participate, and integrate with peers from across various classes. The program offers a safe environment where students work together in teams to achieve shared goals.

Healthy Roots has designed a comprehensive one-day program based on the principles of movement. The program includes three main components:

1. Individual Tasks: Activities focused on personal skill development and self-improvement.
2. Partner Tasks: Exercises that encourage collaboration and trust between pairs.
3. Team Tasks: Group challenges that promote communication and teamwork.

Each of these tasks is designed to offer participants specific experiences and utilize different skills.

Outcomes:
1. Students explored various movements using their entire bodies.
2. They developed self-confidence throughout the program.
3. Both individual and group tasks were successfully completed.
4. Students worked in pairs, learning to trust their partners.
5. They enhanced their communication and teamwork skills through team tasks.
6. The students were happy and motivated in an environment that allowed each of them to be heard.

This program promises to deliver a unique and valuable experience, promoting physical health, personal growth, and social cohesion among students.
