Delivery Policy

All orders are processed within few working days from 5 - 7 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation e-mail. You will then receive another communication once your order is shipped.

We warn that there may be delays due to the high volume of orders or problems with the postal service, which are beyond our control.

National & International shipments, costs and estimates

- FREE SHIPPING TO EUROPE. 

- For other international countries there is a small shipping cost which is 9.00€. including islands.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after shipment of the goods if they show no signs of use and are in their original condition. In this case there is also a refund of the entire import minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order should arrive damaged, please contact us at the e-mail info.healthyrootsqa@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a solution that satisfies everyone.
